A full, searchable report of every page that's been scanned on the site — the complete audit, as opposed to the Dashboard's top-N "Issues by Page" chart.
- Header showing the report date, plus the active Standard (your selected ruleset), Engine (axe-core version), and Scope (browser-based automated scan).
- A disclaimer banner noting results are automated and some issues need manual testing.
- A summary stats strip: Issues Found, Critical, Serious, Warnings, Notices, Pages Scanned — same visual style as the Dashboard's stat row (we just unified these).
- A search box to filter the page list by name/URL.
- The full table: # · Page (with link) · Grade · Score · Issues · Last Scanned · View — one row per scanned page, click "View" to open that page's issue detail slide-in.
